…with a Master of Social Science (Psychology) from the University of Waikato in New Zealand. With over 10 years of experience in the field, I have dedicated myself to helping individuals overcome challenges and find happiness and fulfillment in their lives.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in various settings, including employment, disability assessment and support, and most recently, in private practice. These experiences have allowed me to develop expertise in a range of psychotherapeutic models such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR), and Gottman Relationship Counselling.

One of my areas of specialization is trauma-related issues, including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), mood disorders, substance abuse, and relationship difficulties, whether they are personal or professional in nature.
